Fragebogen zur Teilnahme am Markt

Um sich in der Markthalle für einen Standplatz zu bewerben, muss dieser Fragebogen mitsamt einem Konzept eingereicht werden, in dem wir mehr über das geplante Angebot (Angebotsmix inkl. Preispolitik), die Herkunft und Verarbeitungsweise der Produkte aber auch die Hintergründe der Macher erfahren können. Der Fragebogen sollte so ausführlich wie möglich ausgefüllt werden.

Das Konzept muss kein bis ins letzte Detail ausgearbeiteter Businessplan sein – sollte aber bereits auf die Bedingungen zur Teilnahme am Markt (Marktordnung Markthalle Basel, verlinkt im nächsten Abschnitt) abgestimmt sein, mit dem Zweckartikel der Markthalle* übereinstimmen und darf gerne so ausführlich wie möglich gestaltet werden, z.B. mit Bildern des Angebots oder Ideen/Skizzen für eine passende Standgestaltung.

*Zweckartikel der Markthallen AG Basel: „Die Gesellschaft bezweckt die Bespielung der Kuppel in der Markthalle Basel mit Aktivitäten rund ums Essen, Trinken und Geniessen. Die AG verfolgt dabei gemeinnützige Ziele, indem sie das Bewusstsein für Ernährung und Lebensmittelproduktion erhöht, den Vertrieb authentischer, saisongerechter, sozial verträglicher regionaler und internationaler Produkte aus biologischem Anbau fördert, die Ernährungskultur bereichert und der Basler Bevölkerung die Markthalle als traditionsreiche und historisch wichtige Drehscheibe der regionalen Lebensmittelversorgung zugänglich macht.

- 4 Abendmarkte (Dienstag oder Mittwochabend: 18 - 21.30 Uhr, Donnerstag-, Freitag- und Samstagabend: 18 – 22 Uhr)

Questionnaire for participating at the market

In order to apply for a food stall in Markthalle, this questionnaire and a concept must be submitted in which we can find out more about the planned offer (mix of meals including pricing policy), the origin and processing of the products, but also the background of the makers. The questionnaire should be filled out as detailed as possible.

The concept does not have to be a business plan that has been worked out down to the last detail - but it should already be tailored to the conditions for participation in the market (Marktordnung Markthalle Basel, linked in the next section) comply with the *purpose article and may be designed as detailed as possible, e.g. with pictures of the meals or ideas / sketches for a suitable stand design.
